Ingredients you'll need
5 big tbsp tahini
3 tbsp maple syrup
juice of 1/2 big lemon
1 tsp chili sauce (optional)
salt to taste
1/2 tsp each cumin ground coriander paprika (optional)
water as needed
1 cauliflower cut in florets
zest and juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp black pepper
olive oil
Let's get cookin'
For sauce: stir tahini, maple syrup, lemon juice, seasonings and water until creamy
For cauliflower: mix florets with lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, pepper and olive oil
Bake at 200C/400F for 25mins
Serve cauliflower on the tahini sauce.
