  • 1 cup (125g) flour
  • 1 tbsp corn starch
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/3 cup (325ml) plant milk
  • Let's get cookin'

    1. Mix flour, cornstarch, sugar, plant milk, until a smooth batter forms
    2. Spread thin layer in non-stick pan
    3. Fry each side just 1min until golden brown
    4. Enjoy warm
