    Japanese flavors and roasted vegetables

Boring salads are a thing of the past! This miso sesame dressing transforms even the simplest salad into an addictive taste experience. The combination of salty miso paste, nutty sesame oil, and sweet maple syrup creates a perfect umami balance that will make every taste bud dance. Ginger and garlic powder add spicy heat, while vinegar provides the necessary acidity. The dressing pairs perfectly with roasted broccoli—the slightly charred florets absorb the intense flavors like a sponge. Fresh herbs like cilantro and mint add lightness, while crunchy romaine lettuce provides the perfect texture. A dressing that not only saves salads but also works as a marinade for tofu or vegetables. Try it once, you'll never be without it! 🌿
