2 tsp instant coffee
2 tsp sugar
2-3 tbsp water
4 ice cubes.

50-60ml plant milk

Add instant coffee, sugar, water, and ice cubes to shaker bottle or jar with lid
Shake really well for 2-3 minutes until very frothy
Pour into glass over ice
Top with plant milk
