Ingredients you'll need

  • 1 serving soba noodles
  • vegetables (cucumber carrot)
  • smoked tofu
  • 1 tbsp gochujang
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or agave
  • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
  • sesame seeds
  • Let's get cookin'

    1. Cook noodles, thinly slice toppings
    2. Drain noodles, rinse with cold water
    3. For sauce: mix gochujang, vinegar, soy sauce, maple syrup, sesame oil, sesame seeds
    4. Add noodles and toppings. Mix.
