Ingredients you'll need

For the vegetables

  • 1/2 cabbage (napa
  • pointed
  • or savoy)
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1/2 bunch mint.

For the dressing

  • 4 tbsp tahini or peanut butter
  • 2 tsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup or agave
  • 4 tbsp white wine vinegar or lime juice
  • Salt to taste.

For serving

  • Roasted peanuts
