Soft wraps from our own kitchen

Homemade tortillas not only taste better than store-bought ones, they're also surprisingly easy to make. With just five basic ingredients—flour, salt, baking powder, warm water, and a little oil—you can create soft, flexible wraps in 40 minutes. The dough is formed into small balls, rolled out, and cooked in a hot pan. The secret to perfect tortillas lies in the right timing: 45 seconds per side over high heat. Stored in a kitchen towel, they stay nice and soft. These homemade tortillas are ideal for tacos, burritos, or as a side dish to Mexican dishes. They couldn't be cheaper or fresher.
