Ingredients you'll need

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • salt and curry powder
  • 1/2 bunch parsley
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 tbsp tahini
  • 4 tbsp water
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • salt
  • Let's get cookin'

    1. Cut cauliflower in florets toss with oil, salt and curry powder
    2. Spread on baking tray and bake at 200C/400F for 20-30mins
    3. For sauce: blend parsley, cilantro, garlic, tahini, water, lemon juice and salt
    4. Add to roasted cauliflower toss and enjoy.
