The perfect pastry for cozy winter evenings

This star cake is the highlight of any coffee table during Advent. The fluffy yeast dough is layered with a creamy chocolate filling and formed into an impressive star. What makes it special is that the individual segments are twisted to create the characteristic star shape, which looks like it came straight from a bakery. The aroma of freshly baked yeast dough and warm chocolate fills the entire kitchen and creates a Christmassy atmosphere. Although it looks spectacular, it's surprisingly easy to prepare. With 16 servings, it's perfect for larger groups. Served warm, the chocolate melts gently – a true delight for all the senses.
