Ingredients you'll need

  • 90g flour
  • 10g corn starch
  • 50g sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 30g oil
  • 85ml plant milk
  • squeeze of lemon
  • cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp vegan butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 apples sliced
  • Let's get cookin'

    1. Mix flour, cornstarch sugar and baking powder
    2. Add oil, plant milk, lemon and cinnamon
    3. Heat butter and sugar in pan until caramelized
    4. Sauté apple slices
    5. Pour batter on top, cover and steam on medium heat 15-20mins
    6. Cool before cutting.
