Ingredients you'll need

  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1/2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp sweetener
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • thumbsize piece ginger chopped
  • 1/2 tsp chili
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 4 mushrooms
  • 80g smoked tofu
  • handful peas
  • Let's get cookin'

    1. Mix rice, water, soy sauce, ketchup, oil, sweetener, garlic, ginger and chili
    2. Add vegetables and tofu
    3. Put lid on bring to boil and simmer 20mins on low heat
    4. Enjoy as is or serve in lettuce wraps with lime juice.
