Ingredients you'll need

  • 1 1/3 cups (400ml) lukewarm water
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp (7g) instant yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 3/4 cups (470g) wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • more olive oil for baking dish and topping
  • Let's get cookin'

    1. Mix water, sugar, yeast and salt
    2. Add flour and olive oil, mix until stretchy
    3. Put oil on top, rest 4h
    4. Oil baking dish, slide in dough, rest 45mins
    5. Drizzle with oil, make dimples with fingers
    6. Bake at 220C/450F for 20-25mins.
