Ingredients you'll need

  • 1 heaped tsp peanut butter
  • juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp sriracha (optional)
  • 80g noodles or 1 serving udon
  • cilantro cucumber chopped
  • protein of choice
  • chili oil
  • Let's get cookin'

    1. Mix peanut butter, lime juice, soy sauce, maple syrup, optional: sriracha
    2. Cook noodles, add everything to sauce with noodle water, if needed
    3. Stir and enjoy
    4. Top with chili oil.
