Ingredients you'll need

  • 1 red pepper cut in half and deseeded
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 to 2 tbsp white wine or red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • salt to taste
  • Let's get cookin'

    1. Drizzle pepper and garlic with olive oil and bake at 200C/400F for 25mins (or air fry for 15mins)
    2. Then peel and add to a food processor
    3. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth
    4. Store in the fridge up to 4 days.
